T.G. Management ApS was founded by MD John Aagaard in 1985 and has successfully represented, discovered or developed international artists such as Aqua, Cartoons, Me & My, Smile.dk, Mirah, Michael Teschl, Tiggy, YouKnowWho, Christina and Cut’n’Move, Kato, Darwich, Julie Lindell, Linda Andrews, Chipz, Elize etc. – a roster whose credits include more than 40 million records sold on a world wide basis.
We co-operate with specialized lawyers and accountants in the US, UK and Denmark and combined with our international experience and world wide network of connections, we offer the best service in all necessary areas for our artists.
In order to achieve the optimal goal – success – we also co-operate very closely with the artist and their record company, which ensures the highest level of efficiency. The management work-areas include contract negotiation, A&R functions if wanted, negotiations both internally and externally, tour co-ordination / planning / production, crew hire and rewarding, accounting on all levels and international economy set-up, budget and estimates for sound recording, video recording, marketing and internal economy set-up – including tax advices.
